3.Nylon Ribbon: Its nylon ribbon is made of nylon 66 fiber. The advantages of nylon 66 fiber are as follows:
1) Compared with ordinary nylon fiber, nylon 66 fiber has higher density, so this nylon ribbon shows better elasticity. The ribbon woven from nylon 66 fiber can withstand stronger impact from the printing needle, and the nylon ribbon is not easily broken.
2) Nylon 66 fiber has strong ink adsorption performance. The ink material can easily penetrate into nylon fiber.
3) Nylon 66 fiber has good moisture retention, and the ink can be kept for a long time.
4) The nylon ribbon’s seam is processed by ultrasonic welding technology, so this highly flat nylon ribbon has strong tensile strength.
5) Its nylon ribbon has good elasticity and resilience, so the printing needle is not easy to be worn, and the needle will not break.
