1. The description of cold finished round bar
In essence, cold finished steel is hot rolled steel that has undergone additional processing. The most common forms of cold finished steel, also known as cold rolled steel, are turned bars and cold pulled bars. By pulling (drawing) a bar through a die that is smaller than the incoming hot rolled size, it is possible to cold draw hot rolled bars. The bar's dimensional tolerances, straightness, surface appearance, and physical qualities of the steel are all improved by the cold working process.
