Bronze Molding Sculpture

Bronze is the earliest used alloy, originally referred to as copper-tin alloy. Because the color is bluish gray, it is called bronze. Copper alloys other than brass and white copper (copper-nickel alloy) are now called bronze. First shape the sculpture into an outer mold, remove the outer mold, clean it and assemble and fix it, and then rotate and shake in the mold over and over again with the molten paraffin liquid. When the wax reaches a certain thickness, it will cool and harden the wax. Fill and compact with sand, insert a pouring port and a wax outlet on the wax mold, pour the molten bronze juice into the pouring port, and the pouring is completed when the wax outlet is not the wax liquid but the bronze juice. After cooling, the mold is removed and the sand in the bronze casting is poured out, and the bronze sculpture is made.
